Laura Verdier, an environmental consultant and author of “Sols pollués – Menaces sur les populations et la biodiversité” (Dunod), advises the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) on soil conservation. This organisation, created in 1977 by the famous anthropologist Jane Goodall, made its name by protecting chimpanzees. Today, the JGI advocates a global approach to environmental preservation, which obviously includes soil regeneration. Laura Verdier explains the reasons for her commitment.
